About We Love Hot Deals

We Love Hot Deals is a social shopping hub to find, share, and vote on hot products at blazing prices.

A range of tools to shop and socialize

Registered members can send, vote, e-mail, share, and comment on all deals. Also, members have full access to a profile, friends list, in-site messaging, user stats, and personal RSS feed. RSS feeds allow users to subscribe to all deals, a specific deal category, or keep track of another member's deals.

How to get started

Users can register at no cost at the top navigation bar or on the right sidebar tab. Click the 'Send new deal' button at the top navigation bar to submit a new offer. Copy and paste a link to the discounted product, write a short summary (the store selling the item, amount discounted, etc.), choose the appropriate category for the deal, and submit. New deals will be pending items in the 'New Deals' page. When the deal receives enough votes from other users, it will automatically be sent to the 'Hot Deals' page.

Q & A

  1. How come the current price of the deal is different from the published deal? Prices are subject to change for hot deals due to demand. Remember, the early bird gets the worm.

  2. What are the abbreviations I see in some titles? Abbreviations include 'B&M' for brick & mortar, or in-store deals, 'PM' for price match, 'MIR' for mail-in-rebate offers, 'FAR' for free after rebate offers, and 'YMMV' for Your Mileage May Vary on deals that may require some luck.

  3. How do I edit a deal I submitted? Click the 'edit' link under the title. Then click 'Edit title and description' to edit the offer.

  4. Can I link a thread from a discount website? Avoid a link to a discount website. Instead, credit the source for the deal in the description.

  5. Can I link an attachment? Avoid a direct link to an attachment. Instead, cut and paste the URL to the file in the description.

  6. Can I submit deals that contain my referral code? Nope. Links that include referral codes will be removed. Additionally, the user account may be terminated in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.

  7. How do I report a problem? Report a problem or objectionable user actions to report@welovehotdeals.com. Please include a URL, member username or other important information.
